About Our Legal Clinic

We are a community legal clinic in Mississauga, Ontario. We are funded by Legal Aid Ontario and governed by a Board of Directors made up of volunteers from the Region of Peel.

We provide free legal services to the low-income residents of Mississauga. Our services include legal advice, brief services, such as letters and help with negotiations, and representation in courts and administrative tribunals. We do not provide services in every area of law, because we focus on areas of law that impact low-income and vulnerable people.

We educate community groups such as tenant organizations, settlement agencies, shelters, and schools about the laws that impact low-income and vulnerable people.

We advocate for policy and law reforms that will improve the lives of our most vulnerable residents, allow communities to thrive, and promote a just and equal society.
